Concerns about Implementation Modalities

Faced with this new regulation, many restaurant operators
are worried about its concrete implementation modalities.

  • How do you comply without turning your menu
into a drug warning label, creating anxiety among customers?
  • How do you avoid a significant extra workload
when changing dishes and menus every day
    or very often?
